Technically savy Entrepreneur / General Manager

We are looking for the right person to develop and run a franchise-based CMS concept.
Responsibilites:

Recruit or oursource the neccesary personnell to finalize Chinese version of product.
Partner with local Web companies to sell in the concept.
Develop the product further according to clients' needs.

Requirements:

Proper technical background.
Proven business acumen.
Native chinese speaker, fluent english.
Familiar with the IT/Web industry in Shanghai.

Developer / Technician / Systems Architect - C#, ASP.Net

Requirements: Good working knowledg of C#, ASP.Net and SQL.
Preferred: Experience and knowledge of DHTML and CSS layouts.
Experience or understanding of TDD will be a gread advantage for any candidate.

Excellent opportunity within Web-startup. Start as developer, possibly partner managing development at later stage.
